以債償債 希臘還歐洲央行32億歐元

（中央社雅典20日綜合外電報導）1名希臘資深政府官員指出，透過紓困金第1筆撥款取得現金，希臘今天已償付歐洲中央銀行32億歐元的到期政府公債。

拒絕具名的官員告訴路透社，「款項已開出，資金即將到位。」

法新社報導，包含德國聯邦議院（Bundestag）等歐洲國家國會，通過援助希臘經濟困境的第3輪方案後，相關資金已紛紛解凍。

歐洲穩定機制（ESM）昨天批准高達860億歐元援助計畫後，希臘今天就收到第1筆新的紓困貸款。

第1筆撥款金額達130億歐元，其中有120億得拿來償債，包含早先的過渡性貸款，以及歐洲央行持有的到期希臘政府公債。

第1筆撥款是用現金支付，另外作為銀行資本重整用的100億歐元，則以ESM的支票形式支付。（譯者：中央社許湘欣）1040820
